“Robo de Base” program began with lectures on nutrition and agility and skills training

With training of agility and skill began these Monday, May 7 and Tuesday, May 8, the practices of the “Robo de Base” program of the Roger Cedeño Foundation for the comprehensive development of low-income children who wish to become high-profile baseball players.

The activities were carried out in the fields of La Isabelica and San Joaquín respectively, and had as main focus the dissemination of values ​​and impart knowledge about nutrition in the pre-physical slaughter.

With the training provided by the aforementioned non-profit organization, the children of the 8 and 7 year old categories, and the 9 year olds, of the Navegantes de San Joaquín and Odenor de La Isabelica schools; they were the first to receive the knowledge imparted at the beginning of the program.

With this initiative of preparation for the new athletes of popular zones, it is hoped to achieve harvesting great talents and convert the baseball schools of Carabobo and Venezuela, in the main seedbeds of professional international ball.
